Learn to have healthy body

Lately the weather conditions change often erratic. Sometimes, when the morning sun was shining and the sky was clear. However, the early afternoon suddenly clouds and heavy rain came up same as the air temperature. During the day the air was very hot, and then the night turned into a very cold.
In this condition we easy attack the illness. Although the illness is not seriously, but we cannot take easy. The illness is such as influenza, cough, fever etc. before you are attacked the illness will be better if you do the healthy tips.
1.    Drink a lot of water
Unconsciously in our body is 70% water it all, then at the time of the transition season like this, it's usually our body loses a lot of water. To keep our body fits, we must drink a lot of water to replace lost the body fluids. The most professors said that we are encouraged to drink water as much as 2 liters.
2.    Eat regularly
We eat should not be delicious, should many. The important thing is eating healthy foods such as vegetables, fruits, tempeh, tofu like 4 healthy 5 perfect.
3.    Do the exercise and rest enough
We should not do the heavy exercise like marathon, lift weight. we can do the quite mild exercise like morning exercise leisurely stroll. The important are our body sweating to remove the poison. Do not forget the rest , do not let lack of sleep, excessive sleeping too good guns. Sleep 8-7 hours a day is enough.
4.    Take a  vitamin
The tips 1-3 must be done if we want to healthy but this tips must not do it.
 That is tips just for you.

Hair fall treatment


Have you problem with your hair especially hair fall.
Hair fall make us uncomfortable and sometime make shy. it is because the hair getting lower and lower, so the our head protection from the sun and the other will be reduce. Therefore we need some effective treatment to overcome the hair fall. May be natural ways will be cheaper than modern ways. However the natural ways is failed, you can use modern ways which can find it everywhere.

This is the tips for overcome the hair fall problem
1.     Scalp message
Messaging the scalp will cause reflection our scalp. Therefore, make sure we are constantly massaging the scalp to stimulate circulation to the scalp and hair follicles. As other materials that help, use a few drops of essential oil is also believed to be faster growing hair.

2.    Warm oil
 Oil has become a very controversial ingredient when used in hair. Besides have quite a  lot of benefits.  There is some oil such as olive oil, coconut oil or jojoba able to make your hair stronger. The oil nutrient is good for hair of easy break and fall out.  To use it is very easy. Heat the olive oil in the heater, and wipe the hair with a small massage. Then cover the hair and wait until dry. Next the finishing is wash off with shampoo.

3.   Garlic and ginger juice
 Garlic and ginger are two natural ingredients that can reliably cope with hair fall.   Garlic and ginger are two natural ingredients that can reliably cope with hair loss fall. Nutritional content is also needed by our scalp. Wipe garlic juice and ginger on our scalp and leave overnight. In the morning wash off the head with a shampoo.

4. Green tea
Green tea contains antioxidants to prevent hair fall and increase hair growth. Using green tea Green tea is very easy you just Apply scalp and hair with warm green tea (two bags of green tea brewed in hot water).

taste of fried rice :-)

Guest this is my fourth post.
now I will tell about my favorite food. It is fried rice.
I like fried rice because it has many ingredient and it easy to make it.
If you want to make it you do not need many things.
Here I also tell about how to make simple fried rice.
    How to make simple fried rice
Before we make the fried rice, we should wash our hand to assure of health.
To make fried rice, there is three steps. There are preparing, cooking and serving.
1. Preparing
    In this step we must prepare the equipment and the material.
    The equipment are:
     a. frying pan
     b. spatula
     c. stove
    The materials are :
     a. cold cooked rice
     b. onion
     c. eggs
     d. chili
     e. sausage
     f. garlic
     g. oil
     h. salt and cucumbers.
2. Cooking
    a. cut the onion, chili and garlic
    b. cut the sausage
    c. Fry all of the materials.   
    d. add the to the frying pan    
    e. cook until the friend rice until cooked.  
    f.  add the sausage
 3. Serving.    
      Until the fried rice you can serve with the flat plate and you can add slice of cucumber.         finally the fried rice ready to serve.    You can add other material if you want.
